What is Prolendo?

Prolendo came about from a desire to positively impact the mortgage market amidst rising property prices, which are growing faster than personal income levels. Seeing how it has become increasingly more difficult to jump on the property ladder, we decided to set out to improve upon the status quo of mortgage lending.

It was critical for us that reducing the cost of mortgages should not be a gain at someone else’s expense, but a gain at someone else’s gain. Thus, our platform is a collaborative win-win initiative that is built upon the philosophy of a society coming full-circle - investing in each other.

We ensure that investors receive the highest risk-adjusted returns, while providing mortgage providers with the means to make mortgage loans more accessible and affordable in a sustainable fashion.
